New Student Enrollment or Re-Enrolling Student

(Families must contact the School Board Office, 804-769-3434, EXT 501, to make an enrollment or re-enrollment appointment.)

Updated 3/18/2024

* Original birth certificate (school will retain a copy)
* Photo ID of parent or legal guardian
* Proof of legal guardianship if the student is not being enrolled by a natural parent
* Legal documentation if there is a custody agreement
*Complete immunization record
*Proof of King William residency or KWCPS tuition letter
* Current original signed lease agreement, current mortgage statement from the lender, or deed 

           AND

2 additional documents which must reflect the resident’s name, physical mailing address, and service address (from two separate groups below):

* Current Virginia State Driver’s License/Virginia State Identification Card/ or Military ID
* Current automobile registration card
* Current bill for land-line telephone, cable, internet, satellite, water, gas/oil, or electrical service
* W-2 tax document for the most recent tax year 
* Current voter registration card
* A combined bill and receipt for personal property taxes paid within the current year
